I had long ago given up on trying to get my kids to draw. Once they turned 13 it wasn't fun any more :-( . Seems that I got all the art genes. Guess how surprised I was when my 19 year old brought me this over vacation last week (with a huge smile I might ad). He was BORED so he decided to dig into my trainer's notebook and see what he could do. How beautiful is this? He's had a single class that I forced him to take so I could practice. It's a FULL SHEET of sketchbook paper! So, what did I learn from this?
Leave my class materials spread out in my studio more often! I am not the only one that gets inspired by them. Hope you are inspired today too! Enjoy.
